Terms & Conditions
ACCEPTANCE
In furtherance of the above, the customer hereby agrees to and does, at this moment, engage the designer's services. The designer hereby accepts the engagement to design and do the work hereinafter specified by the customer in connection with the project. A copy of these terms and conditions must be signed at the time of submission of work to the designer, indicating an agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY.
​BEFORE YOU BOOK
We ask that you have a vision for your branding. Without one, we can not bring your vision to life.
DESIGN FORM
Upon purchase, please complete the design form, as it is required before Prolifik Graphics begins working on the design. Once we receive all the information, you will receive your drafts within the specified turnaround time.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround times vary depending on the design or package that is selected.
- Branding packages (7-10 business days)
- Website Design (10-14 business days)
- A la carte services: e-flyers, business cards, thank you cards, logos, etc. (5-7 business days)

Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or vacations. If you would like to receive your order sooner, rush services are available for certain services. If the rush fee is paid, the service will be rushed. Projects may take longer to complete due to workload. If there are any order delays, I will notify you via email. Turnaround times may be delayed due to customer response time. (ex. If you take two days to respond to your emails regarding your order/drafts/samples, your project's turnaround time will be extended by two days. Please be sure you are responding promptly. The turnaround time for all graphic design services begins when payment has been made, the design form is completed, and all content (i.e., images, pictures, bio, information, links, etc.) for the design project has been supplied by the customer.
If the content is not provided within 30 days from the original email request and without communication from the customer, the designer reserves the right to terminate the agreement/project. Due to the designer's workload, a restart project fee of $50 will be incurred for the inconvenience. The terms are non-negotiable.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid in full before any work begins.
In the event the customer fails to make any of the payments by the deadline, the designer has the option to treat this as a material breach of the Agreement and has the right, but is not obligated, to pursue any or all of the following remedies:
1. Terminate the Agreement
2. Withhold all files, artwork, sources, commitments, or any other service to be performed by the designer for the customer
3. Seek legal action

PHOTOS
Please be sure you are providing high-quality images. Photos do not have to be taken by a professional photographer (although this is encouraged), but please be sure they are high quality and clear. Please refrain from using filtered photos or dull or blurry cell phone photos. If the designer uses a graphic image, it will be designed to fit in with the overall layout of the design.
STANDARD MEDIA DELIVERY
The designer will deliver the final design (s) to the customer via electronic mail (or a downloadable hyperlink) within three days of the customer's approval. Digital files containing the final design(s) will be sent in the following format(s): .pdf, .jpg, .png. A link to the designer will appear in either small text or a logo at the bottom of the customer's website.

COPYRIGHT AND DRAFTS
The customer retains the copyright to data, files, and graphics provided by the designer and grants the designer the rights to publish and use such material for her portfolio and marketing purposes.
Drafts must be responded to within 72 hours of receipt. For each day late after the 72 hours for responding to drafts, your turnaround time will be extended as a day-for-day extension. The designer retains the right to choose any drafts the customer does not want. Drafts are for approval purposes only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any person or company other than those directly involved in the project. All drafts are the property of Prolifik Graphics.
​CONFIDENTIALITY
Prolifik Graphics and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Prolifik Graphics or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to the customer. Prolifik Graphics and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect and treat such information strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of this Contract.
Upon termination of this Contract, the designer will return to the customer all records, notes, documentation, and other items used, created, or controlled by the designer during the contract term.
